Atlantis People Refund & Return Policy
For Defective Items
If you receive a defective product from the Atlantis People E-Store, please contact our Customer Service team at team@atlantispeople.com within five (5) days of receiving your order. To help us process your request, please include:
A detailed description of the defect
Photos of the issue (if possible)
Your receipt or website order number
We will replace the defective item or its part (e.g., pump) at no cost to you. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product for further evaluation.
Not Satisfied with Your Product?
We want you to love your Atlantis People purchase! If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from our E-Store, please reach out to us at team@atlantispeople.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. We will offer you the option of:
A replacement product
E-Store credit
A refund (excluding shipping charges and taxes)
To process your request, please provide your receipt or website order number and any necessary personal details. We may request that you return the unsatisfactory product for our review.
Missing or Incorrect Items in Your Order
If your order is missing an item or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at team@atlantispeople.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. We will promptly send out the correct items and may request the return of any incorrect items received.
Returns to Retail Locations
Products purchased on our E-Store cannot be returned to any physical store or retailer that carries Atlantis People products. If you purchased our products from a salon or authorized retailer, please refer to their return policy.
Items Not Eligible for Returns or Replacements
Gift cards
Products damaged due to normal wear and tear (non-manufacturer defects)
Shipping or delivery charges
Gift-with-purchase (GWP) and promotional items
Products purchased in-store at a salon or an authorized retailer
For Products Purchased in a Salon or Authorized Retailer
If you purchased an Atlantis People product from a salon or retailer and believe it to be defective, please contact the original place of purchase for a return or exchange, as we do not process returns for retail purchases.
If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from a salon or authorized retailer, please contact the original place of purchase for their return or exchange policy.
